Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, contact us at totebag2314@yahoo.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if so. Sale items are final.
